We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level support in managing daily operations, schedules, and personal errands. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle correspondence, including drafting and responding to emails.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Track and oversee project deadlines.
- Assist with personal tasks such as shopping, event planning, and household management.
- Schedule personal appointments (e.g., medical, social).
- Act as the first point of contact, screening calls and managing inquiries.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Address unexpected issues and provide solutions promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Work Environment:- Hybrid work setup (remote and in-person as required).
- Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend tasks.
